I recently brewed a beer and I'm about to dry hop:

1/2lb Honey Malt
1/2lb Carapils

10lb light LME
13oz Corn Sugar

1oz Simcoe 60
.5oz Nugget 60
1oz Simcoe 15
1oz Simcoe 10
1oz US Golding 10
1oz Simcoe flame out

I was going to dry hop after 2.5 weeks

2oz Simcoe
2oz US Golding

What would happen if I swap out an ounce of US Golding or Simcoe for Mosaic or Citra?

All the recipes that I have seen include the same hops that are somewhere in the boil for dry hopping.

I'm wondering if the Simcoe is not going to be citrusy enough for me. I'm starting to think I should have added some cascade or Mosaic or Citra at the end of the boil somewhere.

Citra and Mosaic are fantastic dry hop varieties. You can use one or both and it will turn out great. Leave them in for 3-5 days, then cold crash for 2-3 and siphon above sediment/hops, then bottle or keg.

I'm going to put in the keg and dry hop in the keg with a hop bag. This is what I normally do. Really wondering how this will turn out since neither of those hops were added to the boil.
