I've been playing around with this recipe for a while and am planning on brewing it tomorrow. My main question is on the bittering hops and the dry hop.

7 gallon pre-boil
5 gallon batch
OG 1.07
Predicted FG 1.015-1.02
IBU 70
Mash at 154F

9.25 lb's US 2-row
3 lb's Munich
1 lb C-120
1 lb Carapils

60 min Warrior 16.7AA .5 oz
60 min Columbus 15.2AA .4 oz
10 min Columbus 15.2AA .34 oz
10 min Amarillo 8.7AA .15 oz
5 min Amarillo 8.7AA .5 oz
1 min Amarillo 8.7AA 1 oz

Dry hop for 14 days
1 oz Amarillo
1 oz Cascade
and either 1 oz of Simcoe or New Zealand Motueka

The reason for the two types of bittering hops is that I had two open bags of Warrior and Columbus and wanted to use some of the Columbus as a flavor addition and in my experience worrier is a pretty clean bitter.
The dry hop consists of hops I have in the freezer that I think might fit.
What do you all think? Will the bittereing additions work? should I go with Simcoe or Motueka in the dry hop?
