So working in customer service myself I appreciate good service more than some and the experience I had yesterday was unparalleled. I have ordered only one time previous from them and the thing that made me go back was their prompt delivery and top notch quality. I had ordered 2 oz of Hull Melon hops about a month ago to do a single hop pale ale and it only took 2 days to ship to me from Michigan to NH. Hops came in nice foil pouches inflated with nitrogen all the hop info on the front and a sticker for my beer fridge! So here I am about a month later finally having the time to get to my brew and decided to see if they had any more in stock to dry hop with and sure enough they did. I ordered 3 OZ on Sunday and the tracking had it arriving on Thursday, well Thursday came and usps apparently "could not deliver" my package. I got on the phone with Hop Head Farms and spoke with Bonnie, she was great she said she was putting 3oz in the mail via FedEx on Monday for me and even talked about the hops and brews with me! She followed up with an email to let me know. She was so nice on the phone I can honestly say that not only do they provide high quality supplies but the service is impeccable!
