Wanted to make an IPA using chinook for bittering and then amarillo, cascade, and simcoe for flavoring and aroma. Anyone used this combo? Would these blend well together or try to beat each other down in the bottle? I'm not tryin to play mediator between a bunch of angry hops

I made a very Hoppy APA that I bittered with Chinook and used Amarillo and simcoe for the rest of the additions and dry hops. It was delicious. Im sure cascade would fit right in

I've used Chinook as bitttering w/ Chinook, Cascade, Simcoe in all sorts of combinations of flavor and aroma additions together and they seem to play very well together.

Long legs means more room for beer!
