I thought of this for a while. Somehow I'm always worried that late additions (especially those @ 0 min) don't really release all the aroma potential if I start cooling immediately. So I always wait 10 minutes or so and then let the water through the chiller, believing I let the hops release more aroma in the wort that way.
Lately I'm using hop bags for all hops. I was wondering if this bag could "trap" the aromas inside?
I mean especially if it is quite tight....
What do you guys think on this subject?
