Hop addition at 0 minutes - Question

Hi all,
I've got about 15 minutes left on a boil. recipe states add addtional hops at 0 minutes.
Do I add when I turn off the burner?
or
Add once wort is cooled?

Add it when you turn off the heat so it is in there all through your cooling phase.
