Honey weizen

It's got my honey weizen kit from Midwest. Anybody brewed this before ?
The info suggests adding honey at 30 into boil or 10 minutes from end for more aroma.
What about adding some orange zest to boil ?
Any suggestions to kick it up a notch ?

Twice, add the honey at flame out, you'll be happier and of you want the orange put a slice in your glass after you pour:)
 
If the honey is added at flame out I've read it won't be sterilized. Doesn't make sense to me. What ye all think ?

It doesn't need to be and besides at flameout the wort is above 200F and that temp will kill off any nasties anyway;)
