Honey Oat Stout, how long in carboys?

Hello, this would be my 3rd batch and I've heard there is a lot of benefit to letting big beers age a long time in carboys. So here is the recipe, just wondering how long you would let that sit in the primary and then secondary.

you can also age it in bottles, the taste will be different, but you won't be tying up a carboy. For that beer I personally would do about 4 months minimum, it will probably drink very well at 6 and could last up to a year.
