I'm currently putting the finishing touches on a recipe for my buddy's wedding. I asked him what he would like for me to make and he was thinking of a beer for the spring so we decided on Saison. Then he added the twist that he really loves apricot so the rest is history. I will update this thread with the final recipe if anybody is interested.

I've been ridiculously busy of late but as of now, Im leaning towards:

66% - Belgian Pils
15% - Orange Blossom Honey
10% - Dark Wheat
05% - Vienna
03% - Acidulated Malt
01% - Honey Malt

French Saison

5 lbs fresh apricots (chopped and frozen before using in a secondary)
