I'm looking at the 26gallon stainless steel tank fermenter from Homebrewit.com. It looks like the ferms are actually made for wine but I was thinking about using them for a blonde ale that doesn't produce much trub. Anyone buy from this site before? Would flat bottom ferms work for ales that don't produce much trub?

I stumbled across a clearance price on a Brewer's Best 8 gal poy with two ports for $51.99. They emailed later that day to say they were out and couldn't find more but would give me the newer brewer's beast version ($132 retail) for the same $51.99.
