You may be able to get grain, hops, maybe yeast, and perhaps some equipment through a "local" brewery. Or get in touch with wholesale sources that supply those breweries.
If there's a "local" maltster/maltery, hook up with them to sell their grain in your (e)store. They may provide you with some exclusive grain products and perhaps an edge in your industry, depending on your competition.
