I am somewhat an experienced brewer who is currently aiming to establish my own brewpub within 5 years. So alot of work needs to be done from now to then.

Primary: air
Secondary: air
Bottled: APA, Heifeweizen, Chocolate, vanilla, blackberry stout (Girl Stout), Old man's hophead, Stella Porter
Coming Soon: Onyx Imperial Stout
Got Kegs for christmas so I have four batches to brew within the month.
