Between that and a child leash you would be set, except maybe a little work crate training them

I don't feel good about the leash thing. And that picture is just a straight up leash while some of them are cute doggy/kitty backpacks with leashes on them so it makes it look "ok". But then again, you can just take that thing and rock it Something About Mary style and hook it up to a clothesline and let them run wild.
