Home made kilncoffee malt

Would storing some malt in an old coffee bag add coffee flavor? Milled? Unmilled?

Dunno. If you want coffee flavor, you could add coffee. I have dunked a pot of coffee in a serving keg before racking imperial stout onto it, to good effect.

I normally add coffee. Every once in a while I wonder about stuff that I may or may not ever do.

I would not expect much coffee flavor from the method you propose, even though the coffee aroma of the bag might be strong. Just a guess, though.
