Hoegaarden yeast

I am about to brew a Hoegaarden clone and was wondering what kind of yeast you guys have used for this kind of beer?

WLP400 Belgian Wit Ale is the Hoegaarden strain. Wyeast 3463 Forbidden Fruit is as well.

Have a lot of headspace! The kraesen is huge with this strain. The only infected batch I ever got was due to this strain popping off the starter lid and flowing over.

I like both 3944 and 3463. Thye both would be fine choices.

Does Hoegaarden not bottle with a different yeast than they ferment with?
