I found this recipe in a Graham Wheeler and was wondering if any one has tried it out. I've seen guys using Cumin also with varying results. I'd love to hear any feed back / suggestions.

Larger malt: 2900g
Wheat malt: 2600g
quaker oats: 300g
Hallertau hops: 20g (90 mins)
Saaz hops: 15g (90 mins)

Saaz hops: 10g (15mins)
Corriander: 25g (15mins)
Curacao orange peel: (15mins)
