Would be cool if some of the CW bottles were available for onsite consumption. The first two sound amazing.

Flora is the wine barrel aged version of Florence (1915-1967), our grandfather's sister as well as the name of our Farmstead wheat ale. A few barrels were selected--a portion of the beer was aged further on Vermont dessert pears, while another portion was aged on ripe northeast peaches. The independent threads were blended, resulting in a complex, delicate and slightly tart Bière de Table--an ale we would proudly have shared with Florence.

I'm not up to date on the pear game, no idea what a Vermont dessert pear is

Peach flora sounds killer, but IDK, pear beer... It's HF, I'm sure it'll be amazing, just sounds weird.

So single barrel, 2x 375ml pp... Math anyone?

i think we've done this before, but a typical bourbon barrel is ~53 gallons, which is ~200 liters. Perfect yield would be ~530 bottles. I'm sure it's not a perfect yield, but I'm not a brewer so I don't know how far off you'd be for a beer like this, whether we're talking 500 bottles or 300 bottles, etc.

cool to know the bottles that are in the CW so that i can either look forward to it being available to the public and if not then hoping maybe it'll be available for onsite consumption from time to time... i imagine all things available to CW will fall into retail or on site besides the 1 bottle that will be CW only? Not sure if i read things right when reading the CW manifesto... somebody correct me if i'm wrong

Thanks for keeping us common folk updated CW members... think of us if/when you have spent too much $ and would be down to trade some goodies!

Maybe I'm cynical but I'm expecting lots of stuff to be only available to CW members. But I can't go up as often as I used to, and trading is impossible these days, so everything may as well be CW only.

I'm also expecting guaranteed tickets plus exclusive "connoisseur" style sessions from yesteryear prior to festivals...

there very may well be bottles that aren't retailed, but i'd expect those would be sometimes available for on site.. much like Ann has been. I don't expect Art & Flora to ever be sold to gen pop again

I could be wrong but i don't see why they would do gen pop on those when they could just do on site and control things with bottles they know get out of hand when a gen pop release occurs
