Anyone have a b2 Juicy lately? Having one now and it definitely seems less vibrant than when I had it fresh.

Edit: I really need to proofread

That's close but lacking the cinnamon and vanilla bean.

The blend described as Birth of Tragedy (et al): Barrel-aged Twilight of the Idols (Porter made with coffee, cinnamon, (honey), aged of vanilla beans. The barrels alone should add vanilla notes as well.

I will concede on the "stout" part, but HF porters are damn close to stouts with regard to roast and body.

Has anyone in here opened a bottle this newest batch of Clara yet? I just had my last bottle from the 2014 batch and it was stellar. May need to reach out for more.

still possibly looking for a DD for 5 of us if anyone knows of a solution. We are not far from Parker Pie

I may be able to help with a few, but most likely not all 5. Don't really know the size of the vehicle yet. Hit me in my inbox

Anything else going on in VT leading up to FOFA? We will be staying in Burlington and Waterbury throughout the week.

Yup, gonna be in the area prettymuch the whole week camping at Elmore than staying in South Burlington Friday night. skipping FOFA due to family commitments.

can't wait either. IIRC they had posted by now, a running list of specific pourings last year

Last year HF started dropping hints on Twitter, can't recall how far out it was though. Look back to last summer and find the post (probably a Twitter or Instagram repost) where HF revealed Being & Time, that was the first announced beer.

Because i'm super bored, it was august 4th

Okay what the hell is "Magic Anna"?

Based on prior thread detective work, maybe not? It's also worth noting that FOFA was on August 8th last year, a week earlier than this year's, so those hints only started going up a few days prior to the actual event.

looks like some rwitter juice is up for sale

  • Casita Cervecería Del Arboles - Ale brewed with cedar, pine tips and juniper. 375ml $9
  • Stillwater/Casita Cerveceria On Fleek - Imperial stout. 4-pack 12 oz. cans. $12

Ahh I love trees and juniper but I just went up last weekend..guess I'll have to trade for these. Sounds delicious.

On Fleek is on shelves or at least it was here for some time, I am going to the shop after work and and check it out. Twas good ****.

So maybe yes was the correct answer. Although I can't get the archive to take me to anything but August 16th. The April one doesn't work. And also considering they didn't do ticket sales until May I doubt the tap list had been posted a month before they'd even confirmed dates and such.
