I would presume it fluctuates depending on the price of the coffee and vanilla used each year.

Neither, you should hope for it to be as good, and it was awesome, I just think it'll be tough for this batch to be as good as Kenya!

Seems like a recipe for disaster, people getting there that early. Wasn't this an issue before with people coming too early and disturbing people who live nearby?
