I normally don't go for these, but did enjoy this one.

Do you think pilot batches get placeholder names like 3rd cousins and uncles by marriage and whatnot?
I think he calls around his extended family and asks everyone how they're feeling before naming a pilot batch.

If you're a part of the Hill family, there are a few things you should do to protect your family if the unthinkable should happen: Hold life insurance, keep your will updated, and do a pilot batch.

- Civil Disobedience 13: A blend of various beers from Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 primarily consisting of wine barrel aged Society Solitude 3 with various fragmented threads. 750ml. Due to the small number of bottles, this will be for on-site consumption only when new tasting room opens.

- Civil Disobedience 14: A blend of various beers/barrels from Summer 2012 through Summer 2013. Consisting primarily of Anna and Florence. 375ml.

I see Megan's Tacos listed for FoFA but any sign of her outside the brewery lately?

Really hope Clara comes out this week.
if so, wouldn't they have announced it on sunday/monday like usual?
I want to say beers get added to the 'coming soon' section when they get bottled (then allow a month or so to condition before release...)

Megan is cool as hell and her tacos kick ass. After noticing that she had a brew kettle with a gravity feed above her set up she told me she made that whole Taco stand (perhaps with the help of others). Radical back country DIY Tacos FTW.

Damn quite the list, hopefully most if not all spill over until next week. Clara and/or Sankt would be a bonus, but i'd be happy with that list. oh and hopefully Susan goes back on as well.

with out looking at the website, this week is:
Anna
Florence
Dorothy
Arthur
Brother Soigne
La Vermontoise
CS Vieille
CS Surette
CS St. Bretta Winter

so you think same as last week but with guest bottles? the bold is not on the site...

yeah, I like talking with her... she's really cool

hmmmmm crooked stave guest bottles right about a month before FOFA.......I wonder if crooked stave is going to do the same thing they did last year at FOFA. Take all of their "guest bottles" from the retail location and then pour cellar reserve stuff if you ask about it.

What cellar reserve?
