I have 3 gallons of Belgian Strong Golden fermenting, and I was planning on bottling it in a dozen 1 liter EZ Cap bottles. But the "correct" carbonation level for the style is ~3.3, and I'm concerned that the high carbonation level, combined with large volume bottles, is going to lead to disaster. How can I make this work?

Of course, that 3.3 number is from Northern Brewer, Tasty Brew is giving a different (much lower) number. But the BJCP style guidelines call for very high carbonation, so the 3.3 seems much more in line with that.
