Below are the details form the ingredient list. I did the partial boil per the directions. My OG was 1.076 after I had added a little more water (stopped at 5.5 gallons). I moved to secondary after 7 days and my reading was 1.014, leaving me at 8.1% abv. Slightly higher than where it needs to be. Is it safe to assume the batch will drop some more? Just a little concerned.

Extract
9 lbs Ultralight Malt Extract
1.5 lbs Crystal 15L
Clarifier – Whirlfloc (Use ½ - 1 Tablet) - Add last 5 minutes of the boil
Estimated original gravity (OG): 1.058-62
Estimated alcohol ABV %: 6
Suggested fermentation temperature: 68
1 oz Columbus ● Bittering Hops boiled for 60 minutes
2 oz Columbus ● Flavoring Hops boiled the last 5 minutes
2 oz Columbus ● Aroma Hops are boiled the last 1 minutes

● Aroma Hops are boiled the last 1 minutes

Only way to tell is another gravity reading. I'd take another reading in 3 days, if it's still 1.014, then it's done fermenting. I would still leave the beer in the fermenter for a few more weeks to let the yeast clean up their byproducts.

Leave it long enough to get down to a stable FG. Then 3-7 days more to clean up & settle out clear or slightly misty. Then package.
