Been brewing for longer than I care to remember and moved to "All Grain" about 5 years ago brewed lots of beers - some good , some average and some horrible. - I try to concentrate on the good ones! My interest is in English bitters the current obsession is to brew a Fullers London Pride " clone. Came upon this site when researching "reusing Yeast", making starters etc. Jeff

Hi Australia,
Conversely, I just love the recipe collections from your side of the world; Small Batch, Gladfield, Wild About Hops etc. They really put a different perspective on some of our (English) traditional beers.
I brew English Bitters, too, as well as English Summer Ales. None of these are available in France and any attempts by microbrewers here to recreate them have, in my experience, been pretty awful.
