Greetings from North Carolina. I have 3 books. Two from Charlie Papazian and one from John Palmer. I do have a brewing setup and currently I'm fermenting a Cream Ale. I recently purchased ingredients to to do an IPA, German Octoberfest, and more Cream Ale.
