My wife says she started my obsession (God Bless Her). She didn't think I'd do anymore than brew the beer that came with the kit she bought. Little did she know...

As long has she has "Her beer" in the keezer, I've a green light to do anything else (brew-wise) I wish

Thanks.....My wife doesn't drink beer, but she went with me to the LHBS and decided she wanted to try a wine kit. I already have a winter lager in the fermenter, and we will be doing her wine kit , and my first all grain (biab) this weekend.

try making her some of Edworts Apfelwein. Its what my wife drinks because most of my beers don't have enough alcoholic punch for her. Guess its time to make a big belgian quad.
