I have some NS and wanted to do a single hop beer. Inspired by Hill Farmstead, but not much info out there. Anyone want to critic my recipe?

0.3lb Dextersoe
0.25lb C40
("Grain Bill" %;s was pulled from a HF Galaxy clone I found online. 88% 2 row, 7% Dexterose, 5% C40)
Hops (assuming 11.4%)
60 min 0.375oz
15 min 0.5oz
10 min 0.5oz
5 min 0.5oz
5 min 0.625oz
Dry Hop 1.5oz
Ferment with WLP001
