first of all what a great forum, so much great information.
well anyway Im originally a home distiller from New Zealand and have been doing so for many years. I have wanted to try brew beer for a while but just havnt seemed to find the time. until recently. I have put down 2x 23L brews one a ipa and the other a Mexican Cerveza both just from a kit a brought at the local brew shop.Would like to see where it takes me and one day hope to do an all grain like i have in distilling.
