Hi,

Great forum, I'm glad I found it. I'm working on my first brew right now. My wife gave me a kit for my Birthday. How cool is she?!! I also roast my own coffee and I made my own maple syrup when I lived in Vermont (now in Phoenix). I guess making my own beer was inevitable.
