I have the following hops in my freezer:
Cascade = about 6oz
Centennial = About 5oz
Northern Brewer = About 3oz
Amarillo = About 3oz
Chinook = About 4oz
Warrior = About 4oz
Simcoe = About 3oz
Columbus = About 4oz
Of course there is a nasty hop shortage going on now and I want to keep brewing at least until my hop stash runs out.
I would love to hear some suggestions on what I can brew with the hops I have.
I already have Yooper's 60 Minute Ipa and a Amber ale fermenting away.
Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated.

California Common (uses 100% NB hops)
100 % Simcoe/amarillo/warrior IPA/pale ale
3C ipa/pale ale
EdWort's Haus Ale
Sierra Nevada Clone (may have to sub bittering addition)
Any other American style pale, india pale, amber, or brown ale
You might have enough to do a Pliny the Elder clone but that would kill your stash

Also, I think you could do BierMuncher's centennial blonde.

Good luck.
