Help with yeast starter

hello fellas I just have a quick question I have a can of proper yeast started that seems squishy should I still use it I just ask because it’s my last one

If you mean the can is bulging, I'd definitely toss it.

The can should feel softer - more squishy- than a beer, since it’s not carbonated.

Presumably the OP has "handled" Propper starter cans before if this can was their last...

If the content were spoiled I'd expect the can to be firm/hard, then when opened, foamy or even a gusher.
