I am planning on making this tomorrow, I can run to the brew store but can use whats here if I don't need to get anything else.

Can yall tell me what you think of this IPA recipe I came up with?

Thanks!

5.0 lb American 2-row
5.0 lb English 2-row Pils
1.0 lb Honey
1.0 oz Cascade (5.5%) - added during boil, boiled 60 min
1.0 ea White Labs WLP300 Hefewizen Ale
1.0 lb Dry Dark
1.5 oz East Kent Goldings (5.0%) - added during boil, boiled 20.0 min
1.0 oz Centennial (10.0%) - added during boil, boiled 10.0 min

Hefeweizen yeast for an English ale? It certainly is different. You have more of a American pale there than an English one.

Well you are going to have a bit more of an American flavor and aroma to it due to the Centennial at the end. It is pretty pungent as an aroma/flavor addition.

Personally I would try to arrange for the EKG to finish and keep the american hops in the 60-40 minute range.

If you have to finish with the cascade or centennial I would go with the cascade and EKG .

What temp are you going to ferment on the hefe yeast?

Your right. it should be a 10A- American Pale Ale. Does this look like it would be a good tasting beer? I am just starting to experiment with my own recipes.

Ok. Changed it around a bit per bargainfittings suggestions. How does this look? I planned to ferment the WLP300 at 70 degrees.
