I am gonna make a "Leftover Hop" IPA and can't decide on a hop schedule. Happy to use all or just some of the hops I have sitting in my freezer.

Grain Bill Est. OG 1.076

11.5# US Pale 2-row
1# Crystal 20
.75# Carapills
.75# Munich
.25# Torrified Wheat

Available Hops

1 oz Tomahawk 13.9 AA
1 oz Magnum 13.5 AA
1 oz Hallertau 6.2 AA
1 oz US Fuggles 5.3 AA
1 oz Willamette 5.1 AA

Just started thinking, I should make it an English IPA.

1 oz Magnum 60 min
1 oz US Fuggles 15 min
1 oz Willamette 0 min

and Change the grain bill to fit the style.
OG 1.076
SRM 9.3

11# US Pale 2-row
1.5# Crystal 40
.75# Carapills
.75# Munich
.25# Torrified Wheat

I'd use the Tomahawk at the beginning of your boil, the Fuggles about halfway through, and the Willamette at knock-out. You could easily substitute the Hallertau for either the Fuggles or Willamette, then dry hop with the other.
