I think it looks fine, although I'm not a big fan of adding sugar to beer. Why not consider adding more malt extract instead?

Also, I sure you already know this, but with a beer this big, you will need to make a yeast starter, otherwise you risk under-attenuation and off-flavors associated with under pitching.
 
I plan to do a starter for sure. I have never used brown sugar before but read a few recipes that boil the brown sugar seperately in a small amount of wort to Carmelize it for flavor.

Thoughts?
