I have a small keezer setup with three kegs. I filled the third keg for the first time a couple of weeks ago and finally have a full keezer.

I let it sit overnight to chill then hooked it up to the gas line at 13psi (Keezer is set to 40°F). After a week on the gas I hooked it up to the beer line and poured myself a half glass to give it a taste.
It tasted good, but had very minimal carbonation. The other two kegs were carbed with the same method and pour with a nice head and good carbonation. What could be going wrong here?

I have a 5lb CO2 tank that goes into a simple 3 way manifold. Pressure is set to 13psi at the regulator, and the keezer is at 40°F. Beer lines are 9 foot 3/16"ID tubing. Like I said, everything works as it should for the other two taps.

Some troubleshooting that I have done already:

  • Checked the connections for leaks and everything looks good.
  • Switched the gas line to one from a different keg.
  • Taken apart the gas post to make sure the dip tube and popit look OK.

Any ideas?

You need two weeks for slow carb. Try again next week and I am sure it will be fine. Or alternatively turn off the lines to the other kegs, bump the pressure to 25, after 18-24 hours drop back to 13psi and purge the extra pressure. I typically do 30psi for a day and a half, purge then by day 4 things are just about right. I suggested lower pressure/less time since you have had a week on the gas already.

What styles are these three beers? I've consistently found my heavier brews take appreciably longer than lighter ones...

Cheers!

Keg 1 is a Ginger beer that I found a recipe for on here somewhere. Has 2.5 lbs of root ginger in the boil.
Keg 2 is the Northern Brewer Kama Citra session IPA.
Keg 3 is a Saison, nothing too powerful, about 5.5% ABV. This is the one that's being stubborn :)

Ahh, patience :) Hopefully that's it. I really can't see what else it could be when everything else is on an identical setup.
