Hiya all I'm looking to start a Apple cider from store bought 100% Apple juice. I'm wondering if I could improve this by adding other fruits, if so how do I add the other fruits?

Make sure the juice has no preservatives.
I'd recommend NOT adding other fruit until you have some experience. It's more expensive, more complex, and more things can go wrong. If your first batch turns out to your liking, then go nuts.
