Making a chocolate cherry stout this weekend....going to add 2..33oz bottles 100% cherry juice to secondary....will that be 2 much? Also adding 4oz of cocoa withh 5min left in boil....then 6oz of cocoa nibs in secondary...how do you think that will turn out?

As a point of comparison, I'm working off a recipe for a Belgian Red that is heavily cherry influenced (recipe here).

It adds 1 gallon of cherry juice to 5 gallons of golden Belgian ale for a total of 6 gallons, making the juice about 16.7% of the liquid. It also racks on top of whole cherries. A gallon is 128 fluid oz., so you're talking about 66 oz. which is a little over a half gallon (0.52). You don't mention the volume of your beer before this addition. Stout is, of course, a richer, darker beer and the flavors are stronger.

I would Google the forum a bit for threads about brewing with chocolate. It will result in fats rising to the surface of your wort, which is a pain to remove. That's a whole other subject.
