Help Removing Post

Anyone have an idea on how to remove the starlike gas IN post? One of the kegs I just bought has this and my monkey wrench isnt working on it. Maybe if i cover it with a rag then use the wrench? I dont have a 12 star torque wrench or whatever fits that weird thing.

How about a pair of adjustable channel-lock pliers? That's what I use.

It's just a standard 12 point socket. Mine are 7/8".

I use a standard 15/16" socket.

Use a 12pt socket or box end wrench..... 22mm

Im up to 3 different sockets for my kegs 15/16, 7/8 and 11/16.

If you go with sockets make sure you get deep socks
