Hi. Just after some advice. I think this is an infection. I've scooped it off the top and got most of it. Should I keg it or should I just dump and start again? Cannot recover? Thanks

Taste it. If it's terrible then get rid. If it's drinkable to your tastes then keg it.

The broken ice pack part does look like the start of a lacto infection. I've scooped it off & even spritzed the surface with my bottle of Starsan to at least stunt it a bit. After 3-4 weeks in bottles & one week fridge time, they were good.

Go for it. Like Uniondr said, scrape off what you can and spray it with StarSan. It looks like pretty early stages. The cold of your kegerator will slow down the growth drastically.
