help needed for odell ipa clone

i tasted odell ipa recently and im hooked

its the best ipa out there if not the best beer
sadly i cant get hold of a few ingredient here in ireland

maybe someone on here can tweak this recipe for me and the irish home brewers

All Grain:
6 LB Gambrinus ESB Malt (not available)
5 LB Pale malt
2 LB Vienna malt
10 oz Thomas Fawcett Caramalt
8 oz Weyermann Carafoam (not available)
.75 oz Horizon pellet hops, 13% @ 90 minutes (not available)
.5 oz Simcoe pellet hops, 13% @ 90 minutes
1 oz Columbus whole hops, 15% in hopback or at burnout
1 oz Chinook whole hops, 13% in hopback or at burnout
.5 oz Simcoe (dry hop)
.5 oz Horizon (dry hop)
.5 oz Amarillo 13% (dry hop)
.5 oz Centennial 13% (dry hop)

what can i substitute to get a close clone for the above ingredients
i am also open to a different clone recipe
 
Here's a different recipe from Zymurgy a while back. I haven't tried it but it sounds awesome. No idea what the "mystery hop" is.

10.25# 2 row
15.5oz Caramel malt
14oz Vienna malt
2oz Honey malt
14g Chinook, 60 min
21g Amarillo, 60 min
21g "Mystery" in hop back
21g Centennial in hop back
7g Columbus in hop back
14g Chinook dry hop
14g Centennial dry hop
7g Columbus dry hop
Odells "House Yeast" (reportedly a mutated English Ale strain)
Ferment at 68F

Mash at 153-154F for 60min. OG 1.066
