i have regulator using a 20oz co2 tank , my regulator stopped sending gas to my keg it does not matter what the pressure , when i turned it up to 30 psi i got a little air from the ball valve holding in on the inside and a little water came out of the line ... (water must of got some water in the line and possibly the reg) --- its just a single gauge regulator with a on off valve before the line ... stock i believe... worked great before?

what do i do now? take it all apart and dry it out?

common anyone have an answer for me ... this is a problem ... i cant get any beer out of my keg!!!!!!!!!

if you pull the relief valve on the keg, does gas come put?
If so, Your problem is the liquid out side.
Mabye s stuck popit valve on the keg, so many things to try. Pick one end of the unit, and troubleshoot your way across to the other end.

i have gas on the relief , but when i push in on the valve inside the ball lock nothing comes out ... a very very very little amount of co2 comes out when i have the reg turned way up. ...

beer was flowing through the liquid side until the keg lost pressure.

i think its clogged or something?

Silly question, umm, have you checked to see if theres any gas left in the bottle?

20oz is what? A little less than 1.5lbs? That can go kinda quick if you are carbing and pushing. Especially if there is a pinhole leak somewhere.

there's gas... when i pull the relief valve on the regulator it hiss's there prob half a tank ill try a full one to blow it out maybe?

i think maybe there is water or beer clogging the shutoff valve under the reg?
has anyone had this problem? or beer clogging the regulator itself behind the relief valve on the reg?

can i tear into this regulator or will i need new seals when i put it back togeather? ...

or am i the only smart one that accidentally let liquid into my regululator trying to force carb quicker... it really piss's them off ...

wait ... i bet its frozen water in my line .... thanks for the help im not all here tonight...

:drunk:

...damn she was froze - Let it warm up and turned it on ... splash! ---swmbo juice!.

all is good again , got some beer too. thanks for the help. :cross:

Edit -
ok so the problem was , there was liquid in my co2 line from force carbing on the liquid out side.

my co2 tank and reg sit in the fridge behind my kegs , and the co2 line was sitting up aginst the

back of the fridge , the part that gets icy cold. it froze the liquid clogging the hose.
