Hey crew!

I have a 5lb bag of Peated malt and I'd like to infuse a peated/smokey flavor into my Arrogant Bastard clone just a bit, not too much, I was wondering if you could suggest a percentage% of my grain bill the peated grain should take up?

UK Peated Malt, Simpsons Malt 1.3-1.7L

Wow this is an old post lol
I used simpsons peat smoked malt for a smoked porter recently. It’s the first peated beer I’ve done. At 2% you could just barely detect any amount of smoke. So with Simpsons peat I would go for 4-5 percent of you want it to really stand out. But two percent makes a beer complex.

Did you ever get around to brewing this?!
