Are all the people "winners" of the first round?

My name is second under category 10 American Ale but it reads Category 10 2. 10c Mark Pyrtle (10c is American Brown ale)

Does that mean I won category 10c or am I second in category 10?

Congrats. I means your beer got second in category ten. Since it is listed as an American Brown and not an Amber, I'd contact the AHA and get it cleared up.
