Help me pick my next beer to brew - first BIAB

Have three extract kits under my belt and I am ready to move to all grain.

I am planning on doing BIAB and I want something that isn't too complex. I am thinking about trying a mirror pond clone.

I don't have any grain on hand so I will have to go purchase that ( though I am considering getting a 50# bag of 2 row pale)

I have the following hops on the way (1 lb of each)
Cascade
Columbus
Willamette
Simcoe

Also have some leftover centennial, warrior and some Czech saaz.

Given the amount of info they are able to extract from the brewers, I would tend to trust their recipe as a genuine clone.

Sweet thanks. That recipe looks a little better. Maybe I need to steal some water next time I visit Oregon. Lol.
