Help is my beer infected?

It's infected.

I'd probably dump it for fear of contaminating any equipment and future batches. If it tastes good I've heard of people kegging it and consuming in a short period of time. I don't know if bottling would be safe. I'm sure someone will chime in.
 
that's a nice looking pellicle. See what it tastes like before you dump, it might be a nice sour if your into that sort of thing.
 
Looks like possible lacto. I think it'd would be worth a taste test before you decide to dump it. Remember some beers are purposely fermented with lacto.
 
ya, dont dump that! taste it and maybe even let that pellicle ride for a few months. thats a great looking pellicle!
