Help find disc for bottle washer

I have a brass jet style bottle washer. The plastic disc with a hole in the middle of it is worn out. This causes water to shoot out of the sides of the lever when washing. Anyone know of a replacement?

No, but it looks like you could make your own with a hole saw and piece of plastic.

Try a garden hose washer. That's all I have ever used.
