Need help figuring out hops looking in the freezer
I've got 2oz centennial 2oz cascade 2oz williamette 2oz tettananger 1oz Citra

Was thinking cascade and centennial
Dry hop with Citra

Thoughts and suggestions please

Looks like a good start so far with the grain bill and 1332. Your thoughts on the hops look pretty good as well, but probably more APA than IPA based on the volumes...unless you can squeeze the willamette and tett in there somehow. I've heard willamette and cascade can make for a good APA, but I've never tried that combo personally.

I brewed an IPA recently with similar hops. It's only been in bottles 10 days, but I cracked one open last night and it had an excellent aroma. Flavors were still kinda harsh/green, but I'm hoping it will turn out great. Here's the hop schedule I used:
1oz citra and .5oz centennial 60min
.5 oz centennial 20min
1oz centennial 10min
1oz cascade 5 min

dry hopped for 10 days, partway through secondary with 1oz cascade and 1oz citra

Think I'm going to go

1oz Centennial 60
.5oz Cascade 20
.5oz Cascade 15
.5oz Cascade 10
.5oz Cascade 5

that should give me about 47IBU to stay in the APA range

Don't think dry hopping will be necessary...save my Citra for something else :)

Thanks for the quick feedback

1/2oz Centennial FWH 60 min
1/2oz Cascade FWH 60 min

1/4oz Centennial 20 min
1/4oz Cascade 20 min

1/4oz Centennial 5 min
1/4oz Cascade 5 min

1/2oz Centennial Flameout 20min
1/2oz Cascade Flameout 20min

1/2oz Centennial Dry hop
1/2oz Cascade Dry Hop

47IBUs assuming you have 10% Cent and 5.5% Cascade
