I just started brewing all grain and I am trying to put together something different for the summer. Heres the recipe:

5# two row
5# Wheat Malt
4oz Biscuit
4oz Flaked oats
2oz Saphir at 60min
0.5oz Coriander at 5
0.5oz Ginger root at 5
0.5oz Sweet Orange peel at 5
1oz Lemon Grass at 5
WLP3942 Belgian or WLP320 Hefe Ale Yeast

5 gallon brew? Although you aren't brewing to style, for my taste, you've got a little too much base malt, which makes it a little stronger. Just personal opinion, but I like my wits about me when I drink wits, ie, more like a lower alcohol session beer. But that's me. Otherwise, looks pretty good. But give some thought about your "theme". You've got four different spices AND a yeast which will impart it's own twist. You might end up with a flavor mush. You've got citrus, citrus, citrus, and ginger. You might consider dropping the ginger. Just a suggestion.
