Hey, I have one of these little guys and he's been carbonating for 7 days. I decided to drink him tonight and its spraying EVERYWHERE... I can't get a good glass out. Do I need to pop the top before using the spout??
Help!! 5 liter spout keg.

Are you talking about a gravity tap mini-keg? Then yes...you have to open the top before dispensing. Other than that you are creating a vacuum when you tap into your glass.
Don't worry...same thing happened to me the first, er, maybe second time even...consider it Baptism by Firewater...

Only lost about a beer's worth in foam. Pulled the top off and all went well from there. Hell, I drank the whole thing by myself last night and MMMMM MMM was it good.
