I have a tonne of barley and a BIAB set up where I make my own malt and brew it into an ale. I am interested in making beer in the most efficient way with the least energy input required. I have successfully made a pretty nice Ale in Brisbane weather without any temperature control and am interested in working on consistency with minimum energy input.
