Hello everyone, I'm Matt! I brewed my first beer about a month ago and enjoyed it with my family around Thanksgiving. Everyone seemed to really like it! I used a starter kit, but now I want to try my hand at a few recipes of my own. There's a ton that I have to learn, and I'm hoping to gain some knowledge here on this forum. Also looking to dabble in mead making as well.
